Many are asking why the book is entitled “The Unqualified Leader.” In the book cover, we see “Someone” walking on the sand and at the back, a lady is following “His” steps.
As someone who experienced a lot of challenges and setbacks in life, I never felt qualified to be called a CEO or Chairman of a great organization. But as I learned to surrender everything to God in prayer, He equips and qualifies me.
This is why I am not the focus of the cover, Christ is. As the apostle Paul said in 1 Corinthians 11:1, “Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.” Following God is the main thing. All the blessings, the status, the position and power we have is nothing if not for God.
